Brodick School Goes Green!

The pupils of Brodick Primary School are building a plastic bottle greenhouse. this will be used to grown vegetables and fruit that the children will then eat. No chemicals will be involved, and the Arran Trust has been invited for a tasting!

This project will encourage the children to consider the environment, and think of more sustainable ways of food production.

This project - which came from the children themselves - is in it's infancy. The photograph shows the wonderful 'Thank You' cards the pupils sent to the Arran Trust office, but we hope to have more images as the project progresses!
